Kate Spade on Madison Avenue and AFAR magazine hosted a special cultural evening of inspiring sights, sounds, tastes and shopping.  Places to go, people to see was the catchphrase of the evening featuring Kate Spade’s new 2014 collection.  There was champagne, french macarons, hors d’oeuvres, and a chance to win at a Vegas roulette table!  The Bumbys, stationed on the 3rd floor, typed up a personalized “Fair & Honest Appraisal of Your Appearance” through their creative writing.

I had a wonderful time traveling the world and getting stamps in my own AFAR passport, issued at the event. It was a great evening in this lively, energetic, and stylish environment!  The Bumbys gave me a 9.6 rating on my “Appearance”, and I won Kate Spade earrings and a tote bag at the roulette table.  Fourteen red was my lucky number!
