Massage TherapyAfter a very long week, I treated myself to a relaxing massage…I was left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated…Ahh, it was exactly what I needed!

In today’s very hectic lifestyle, we seek ways to relieve stress.  A massage is a great way to relieve tension and relax.  In addition, a survey conducted by the American Massage Therapy Association indicated that 43% of spa-goers got massages for medical reasons and just 28% claimed stress as a primary reason for massage.  The heath benefits of massage go beyond stress relief to include:
