Aromatherapy

The ancient healing art of aromatherapy involves treating specific conditions by placing 2 to 4 drops of essential oil blends on a tissue and inhaling 10 deep, slow breaths.  Scientific evidence has shown the benefits of aromatherapy for our well being.

Applying one drop of peppermint oil to the back of the neck helps relax the muscles, relieve pain, and revive.

Apply 3 drops of lavender oil on a tissue and place it on your pillow before bed.  Once in bed, reapply and deeply inhale 10 times.

 

 

 
Ease Stress
Vetiver

 Vetiver Oil

Deeply inhale 1 drop from a tissue whenever you feel anxious or stressed.  When flying, rub the aromatic tissue on your wrists and neck to feel surrounded by comfort.
