Day  21 – Digital Detox!Holiday Digital Detox

Try taking a break from your electronic devices. Those seemingly innocuous beeps and pings actually have a physiological effect on us. The constant cell phone buzzes and  alerts keep us in a perpetual fight-or-flight mode due to bursts of adrenaline and an increase in heart rate. This can be exhausting and contributes to escalating stress levels, especially in women.

So go ahead and turn off your devices and enjoy spending time with your family and friends during holiday get-togethers!
